Scouting?
Contact us! We can schedule a scout session at any of our exclusive locations with no upfront costs. Once a location is chosen, we will handle the logistics from beginning to end and facilitate all on-site production requests. Our service fee is covered by a percentage of the signed license agreement. We can also assist production companies acquire all the necessary film permits and distribute neighborhood notifications for an additional fee.
What's Next?
Send us a Letter of Intent (LOI) providing the following information:
- Type of production
- Title of the production
- Required dates with rain dates
- Name of the production company
- A detailed description of the scene
- Describe all pyrotechnics or stunts
- The number of prep days & schedule
- The number of shoot days & schedule
- The number of wrap days & schedule
- The number of people & vehicles on-site
- The type of vehicles & equipment on-site
- Specify if you need assistance with permits
- Specify need for intermittent traffic control
- Please provide the full name, number & email of the contact person
And then What?
Then, we will move on to the contracting phase. We will work hard and fast to keep your production on schedule. Once filming begins, we will assign a location coordinator to serve as a conduit between the production company, the property owner, and any other parties involved to keep things running smoothly.
it's a wrap!
Clean-up time! Once the wrap work is complete, our location coordinator will perform a final walkthrough along with your location manager or production assistant. Together, they will inspect the property and take after photos to ensure that the property has been satisfactorily restored to its prior condition following the terms and conditions of the license agreement. If applicable, the production will be provided with a labor invoice for any facility employees requested by the production. This includes salaries of individuals dedicated to assisting with the production such as security, plumbers, electricians, maintenance, and any other required building services or personnel. Such reimbursable costs will include employees’ hourly salary plus any overtime incurred.
